Encounter Summer Camp is from the 20th-25th July at Sizewell Hall Campsite in Suffolk and is run jointly by all the Norfolk Youth for Christ centres. It is open to all those of high school age (must have completed Year 7, up to Year 13) and costs £150 per person or £130 per person if more than one coming from the same family.
This camp brings together all the best bits from the different activities the Youth for Christ centres run throughout the year, whether crazy challenges, crafts, sports, board games, worship band (young people can even join the camp band), discussions plus all sorts of bigger activities that we don't have the opportunities to do during the rest of the year, including our legendary simulation game, a bonfire on the beach and a few surprises!
Sizewell Hall Campsite is located on the beautiful Suffolk coast, and campers will sleep in canvas bell tents. Meals are eaten in the open sided cart shed and, thanks to Ginni and our kitchen team, the food is great with any special dietary requirements catered for. There is also a tuck shop, for those that still have room!
