Dave is married to Becky and they have three girls. The whole family have been coming as campers/volunteers/underage campers to our summer camps for years and love it! The family worship in the Earsham benefice. Dave loves making bonfires and playing simulation games at camp.

Johny is the newest addition to our team and is our Thetford worker as well as some hours for the chaplaincy project, particularly in Garboldisham and Scole primary schools. He is married to Laura and they have two of their own children as well as being foster carers. Johny formerly worked at Norwich Youth for Christ many years ago and is returning to his love of working with young people and telling them about Jesus. Johny enjoys bushcraft, creating fun tournaments for young people and is keen to help the wellbeing of young people in Thetford.

Stuart has been a trustee for Integrate Youth for Christ for many years and has now taken on the role of Chair of Trustees. He is the pastor at Gathering Community Church in Harleston, where he regularly leads worship. He also works for the charity Breadline and is our part-time office administrator, so a busy man! When he is not working Stuart loves to ski, enjoys running and walking his dog, Woody.

Ginni attends Burston Chapel where her husband, Sam is the Pastor. She works as a speech therapist, has recently achieved an MA (distinction!) and is in the process of a proposal for a PhD.  She has two grown-up children, one of whom still lives at home and has additional needs and she loves dogs and baking! She is also our amazing caterer when we run our summer camps and for most of our fundraising events.

Jonathan is a part-time curate at Thetford Team Ministry. He is married to Steph and they have three grown-up married children and three grandchildren!

Jonathan also works as the Children's, Youth and Families Development Officer for the Diocese of Norwich.

Jonathan and Steph have had many years experience running youth groups and working on WEC, SU, and independent Christian camps. Jonathan's background in IT is invaluable to us and he also spends many hours sorting out our finance as our treasurer!

Amy Cossey is a member of Fressingfield Baptist Church, is married to Justin and has 4 children ranging from age 11 – 24 years. She has a vast experience of working with young people starting out with Greenwich Youth for Christ in South East London, then in Capel St Mary, Ipswich, working with the Churches there for 7 years and more recently with Hope Church in both Harleston and Diss in a variety of youth and children’s groups. Amy is the lead chaplain at Harleston Sancroft School and also leads the lunchtime club in Dickleburgh Primary. Amy has a heart for vulnerable young people and is passionate about showing them the love of Jesus.

Steph attends Grace Church, Thetford, where she regularly leads worship. She and husband Jonathan have three grown up children and three grandchildren. Steph has been involved in youth work for almost 30 years and has a passion to see young people fulfil their potential and know their true identity in God. She recently achieved a distinction in an MA in Mission with a focus on Youth and Community Work. Her research project looked at how a team chaplaincy model could increase the connection between schools and churches.
