'Flourish' is our mental wellbeing huddle specifically for those young people of high school age that may be finding it hard to keep positive. We will explore how young people can not only survive but be able to flourish. Numbers will be limited to 6-8 per group to allow young people to get to know one another and feel comfortable. The first session will start on Friday 26th February at 4.15pm. If this group is already full we have a waiting list for the next group.
Among other things, we will be exploring how to handle anxiety, coping with isolation (and our families!), staying motivated and keeping head strong! All those that complete the six weeks will receive a 'Head Strong' journal full of ways to further improve their wellbeing.
